This gap represents a clear, unmet demand for a more inclusive and coordinated model.
Our Solution
SGP addresses this gap through an integrated model that supports individuals and families across the full arc of international relocation. Engagement begins with immersive, on-the-ground retreat programs that combine education, exposure, and decision support, and continues through structured consulting relationships as participants move forward with their plans. This approach is reinforced by a growing portfolio of digital resources and services that extend access beyond in-person programs. Operations are guided by the CLHEPF framework, which organizes cultural orientation, legal navigation, housing, employment access, post-program transition support, and family integration into a cohesive system of care. Designed for repeatability, the model can be applied across multiple cities and regions while maintaining consistency in delivery and outcomes.
A Sustainable Approach
SGP operates through a diversified revenue model designed to support both near-term sustainability and long-term growth. Primary revenue is generated through participation fees for its immersive retreat programs, which serve as the entry point for clients. These programs naturally extend into post-retreat consulting engagements, providing ongoing guidance as participants move forward with relocation decisions. Additional revenue is derived from vendor sponsorships and commissions, as well as a growing suite of digital products and educational content. Over time, the model allows for licensing and expansion into additional destinations, supporting layered revenue streams and long-term client value.
Early Momentum
SGP is currently advancing through a deliberately sequenced rollout designed to validate operations before expansion. The Bangkok Pilot Program, scheduled for 2026, serves as the first full expression of this approach, anchoring future growth in real-world execution. In parallel, strategic vendor relationships are being developed to support program delivery, sponsorship alignment, and post-program continuity.
